A Community-Based SNF for Difficult-to-Place Patients
The goal of this project is to use routinely collected data to evaluate pre-post quality-of-care and quality-of-life outcomes of patients transitioning from a State of CT-run psychiatric facility or a CT DOC facility to a specialized skilled nursing facility for difficult-to-place patients.

Suicidal Ideation in Older Prisoners: The Role of Functional Disability  
The major goal of this project is to evaluate the association between prison activities of daily living (e.g., climbing on and off the top bunk) and suicidal ideation in prisoners age 50 years and older.
